Machine Shop Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Oversee all programs and agendas related to the operation of the shop such as Safety, Hazardous Materials Management, and Training Programs.

  • Allocation of personnel and assignment of projects.

  • Periodic review and evaluation of personnel.

  • Promote awareness among employees regarding such issues as safety, quality, housekeeping, and production.

  • Promote teamwork among employees and between departments.

Job Description:

applicant must have held a similar position for at least 5 years and have a favorable recommendation from a prior employer. Applicant must posses adequate technical skills as well as skills in team oriented leadership, organization and communication.  Must be self motivated and goal oriented.

 

Job Schedule:       First Shift (7:00-3:30)

Approximate Pay Rate:    $17.00-$25.00

 

Ground Support Equipment Technician

Mechanical Engineering Technician needed to assist Mechanical and Project Engineers in all phases of the design, development, production, testing, operation, and maintenance of aerospace ground support equipment products. Also work on a range of vehicles and ground-based equipment, much of which is used in support of both military and commercial aircraft. This can include hydraulic power-generating equipment for testing aircraft hydraulic system, hydraulic power rigs, mobile air-cooling and conditioning units, ammunition loaders, and more. The work ranges from fabrication, assembly, test and inspection to fault diagnosis and repair.

 

 

Technical Customer Service

Requirements:

·       2-year degree with at least 1-year experience in pneumatic and hydraulic products.

·       Reliable team player with the ability to work well under pressure.

·       Basic AutoCAD knowledge as well as standard programs such as Excel and Word experience is a MUST

·       Detailed oriented with the ability to be multi-task.

·       Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a proven background with customer. Service experience.

·       Must able to clearly communicate technical instructions and concepts over the phone as well as in person.

Description:

Seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Technical Customer Service individual to support our sales department.  This position will promote, expand, maintain and implement sales of our air operated products and services worldwide. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a job related field working with blue prints, circuit schematics and have pneumatic & hydraulics background experience.

 

MACHINIST

CNC Mill / CNC Lathe/Conventional Machinists needed w/5 yrs exp

(1st & 2nd shifts)  Must have own tools and be able to produce parts utilizing conventional milling machine (Mills) - CNC machinist Centers (Lathe) from BP’s, sketches, or verbal instructions.  Parts may be prototype, short run, or be first article for prod. Run.

 Approximate Pay Rate; DOE  

Assembler

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

  • *Ability to assemble and disassemble units and be able to trouble shoot problems.

  • *Ability to do repetitive, tasks with consistent accuracy.

  • *Ability to read mechanical drawings.

  • *Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • *Possesses working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.

  • *Ability to do tasks for long periods of time standing in one position.

  • *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • *Ability to work with electrical systems.

*Willingness and ability to take initiative, and work without direct supervision.

Work Schedule: M-F

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30pm

 

Production Control Planner

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years experience in manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a person that has great communication skills,

ability to solve problems independently, and has basic computer skills (windows, excel, & outlook)

 

Job Description

Plan and release material and manufactured parts based on the Bill Of Material.

Expedite and coordinate all activities with all other departments to assure on time delivery.

 

Job Schedule:  Monday- Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Approximate pay Rate:  $25,000 and up DOE

 

Receiving Inspector

Job Requirement: 

Knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures. The ability to use standard inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gage, thread gages). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, communicate verbally and in writing, interpret packaging, packing and marking specifications and standards.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspection of purchased parts and Parts and subassemblies returned from outside processing.

  • Perform visual inspection of packaging, packing and marking of units prior to shipment.

  • Assure necessary shipment documents are with units.

  • Complete inspection records.

  • Complete rejection reports and rework instructions as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Work Schedule:           Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Contracts Administrator

Job Purpose:

Supports sales management by confirming and writing contract provisions; monitoring fulfillment.

Duties:

  • Guides contract development by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Develops and approves contracts by studying sales estimates, pricing, and proposals; writing requirements and obligations; reviewing and rewriting drafts; obtaining legal counsel.

  • Supports customers by answering inquiries regarding contract provisions, interpretation, and modifications.

  • Monitors contract fulfillment by reviewing service reports; auditing service and correspondence.

  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing procedures; implementing changes.

  • Provides sales management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing contract data and trends.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading legal publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
