JOB OVERVIEW:

Accepts shipments and ships product by unloading, loading, and verifying shipments.

Duties:

1. Receives items by unloading vehicles; accepting deliveries; unpacking containers.

2. Verifies items received by inspecting condition of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list; noting discrepancies.

Painter

JOB OVERVIEW:

1. Spray paints a wide variety of parts with lacquers, enamel, and undercoats to produce flat, gloss, semi-gloss, wrinkle and suede finishes.

2. Performs work of appreciable difficulty, where areas are not easily accessible due to unusual contours and irregular shapes, as well as a number of raised or depressed surfaces.

3. Performs visual inspection of all material prior to painting. Thins and strains paints to required consistencies and viscosities to produce specified finishes.

4. Ensures quality of paints and thinners.

5. May operate baking oven and monitor temperatures and bake cycle times.

6. Performs miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, etc.

7. Cleans and maintains all paint room apparatus. 

3 years min experience.

Painter Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW:

1. Individual will help assist the painters prep items to be painted.

2. Person must be flexible and a self starter to help in all areas of our paint department. English a big plus.

Press Brake Operator

JOB OVERVIEW:

Performs necessary layouts and fabricates complete sheet metal parts and assemblies from blueprints, shop orders, etc.  Sets up and operates sheet metal machines such as power brakes, shears, presses, etc. and special Metal forming machines specific to sheet metal operations.

Experience, Other Education, and Special Training:

• Individual must be able to fabricate to drawings.

• 5 yrs exp.  Must be able to read blueprints, fabricate to drawings and be able to follow verbal instructions.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
